QuickMD Patient Booking Flow (2023)
Increasing urgent care bookings by 13% leading to a 3% increase in revenue
QuickMD is a telehealth company. I conducted usability interviews and an A/B test to identify challenges around the booking experience and test our new solution before implementation. The solution increased conversion rates in all services, but most notably urgent care visits.

Interviews with developers, product managers, and designers revealed that gaps in communication and challenges around design quality assurance were costly in development time. I implemented, tracked, and tweaked solutions that successfully addressed these areas.

QuickMD is a telehealth company. Their products consists of an ecosystem of three distinct platforms for: patients, providers, and the support staff. I used user interviews with providers, patient reviews and usability interviews to inform the redesign.

Neeka is a health and wellness company that connects users to providers. I used the insights from user feedback interviews and usage data to update the main navigation and the goal-setting features. I conducted short feedback sessions with our low and high fidelity wireframes to ensure that my solution successfully addressed the engagement problem.

A website redesign backed by analytics
Mindful Life Program is a company that provides online and offline mindfulness services. The analytics of their website revealed that their bounce rate was very high (85-65%). I used insights from user interviews, Google Analytics, journey mapping, and HotJar to redesign their landing page.Â
