QuickMD Patient Booking Flow (2023)

Increasing urgent care bookings by 13% leading to a 3% increase in revenue

QuickMD is a telehealth company. I conducted  usability interviews and an A/B test to identify challenges around the booking experience and test our new solution before implementation.  The solution increased conversion rates in all the service lines, but most notably urgent care visits.

Saving valuable development time by reducing design errors by 90%

Interviews with developers, product managers, and designers revealed that gaps in communication and challenges around design quality assurance were costly in development time. I implemented, tracked, and tweaked solutions that successfully addressed these areas.
